Helen Husak, RMT, RCST

Helen Husak is a Registered Massage Therapist and certified practitioner in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and Oncology Massage. With expertise in Lymphatic Drainage (using both Vodder Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Chikly Lymphatic Drainage techniques), Dynamic Cupping, Myofascial Release, and Trigger Point Release Therapy, she takes a holistic approach to restoring balance, relieving tension, and supporting the body’s natural healing process.

Prior to transitioning into the healthcare industry, Helen obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance & Kinesiology, and worked over 20 years as a professional contemporary dancer, choreographer and movement educator. Helens deep understanding of body mechanics, somatic movement, dance and yoga allows her to listen, understand and attune to each client. Her treatments are customized to each client’s unique needs, with a focus on addressing the root cause of discomfort. She is passionate about the body’s ability to heal, move with ease, and transform towards health.
